I stayed up late last night and felt very sleepy but couldn't fall asleep. Because the weather was a bit stuffy, I didn't cover myself with a blanket. I stayed up until after 6 o'clock, thinking that I would get up in a little over an hour. However, because it was a bit cold indoors without a blanket, I casually pulled the blanket over myself.
Because I pulled it casually, the blanket was in a double-layered state, pressing against my body. I thought it didn't matter since I would be getting up soon as it wasn't cold. Then I fell asleep and even had a dream. When I woke up again, it was already past 11 o'clock in the afternoon.
This is not the first time this has happened. I remember the same thing happened during a nap before. I didn't plan to sleep, but because it was cold, I casually pulled the blanket over myself. Since I didn't want to fold the blanket again, it was in the same state as this time, folded on both sides and covering me. Then, even though I wasn't sleepy, I dozed off for three hours.
Perhaps for me, a blanket of appropriate thickness can speed up my sleep, as long as it's not too hot.
